The Environmental Sustainability Statement
At Bendemeer each building is designed to provide an experience for
those residing within, not as an edifice to the architects and designers
responsible for the construction and decor. Robust, outsized structures
are sited strategically within the natural contours of the land where
the rolling terrain provides protection from the elements and privacy
from other residents. The grandeur of the scenery provides a magnificent
backdrop for the architecturally inspired buildings and facilities
that nestle into the landforms.
