Bendemeer Farm
Within Bendemeer’s 130 hectares of rolling pasture land, approximately 49 hectares are available for the shared use of all owners. A share of this land is stapled to each property title.

The Woolshed
At the gateway to Bendemeer is a schist cottage, which forms part of an old woolshed, understood to be part of the farm’s original cottage. The Woolshed was restored to compliment the heritage of this spectacular property, and won a New Zealand Institute of Architects Award shortly after completion in 2005. It is currently configured as a sales and entertainment complex, is zoned for commercial use (subject to Bendemeer property owners consent) and available for purchase, long term lease, or short term hire for functions.

The Pavilion
The award winning lakeside Pavilion has been designed as a multi-functional all-occasion free access venue for owners and their guests.

Tennis Courts
An astro-turf tennis court is adjacent to the Pavillion and has been designed for year round use for owners and their guests.
